About me
I started my career building a national pediatric ICU registry by hand, one data element at a time. Twenty years later (!) I’m still doing some version of that same work: taking messy, high-stakes clinical data and turning it into something an organization can trust, use, and build on.
Along the way I’ve worked as both employee and consultant to over 25 healthcare organizations across 18 medical specialties, including medical specialty societies, healthcare technology and analytics providers, accreditation organizations, health systems, federal agencies, and patient advocacy foundations.
You can think of me as your friendly neighborhood informaticist and RWD strategist.
How I think about the work
I operate across the domains of business, clinical practice, and technology, a combination that lets me analyze complex healthcare scenarios and build solutions that are market-aware and financially sound, not just technically correct. Communication, coordination and alignment across and within these domains is absolutely critical if you want to build and sustain complex RWD programs and products.
I’ve designed and led national patient registries, quality measurement programs, and real-world evidence infrastructure, and then translated those assets into research, recognition programs, and commercially licensable offerings. It’s rarely just one of those things. It’s usually all three, in sequence, for the same client. I can guide you from initial idea to launch, and we’ll even enjoy ourselves along the way.
