The QCDR Trap Part 2: Transitioning to a Mission-Driven Data Strategy

Screen Shot 2019-06-03 at 2.00.35 PM.png

In Part 1 of this series, Sam Walters and David Voccola described the “QCDR Trap” and how it prevents medical societies from pursuing a mission-driven data strategy.

But, transitioning from a MIPS focus to a mission-driven data strategy requires big thinking and audacious goals. QCDR requirements have monopolized registry program design and now permeated all aspects of specialty organizations, making it difficult to evaluate and plan for new challenges and opportunities.

In Part 2, Sam and David dive in and give you the tools and expert guidance you need to expand your data strategy beyond MIPS and maximize the potential of your data. They will show you how to assess your current data strategy and determine the immediate next steps for your organization.

All attendees of this webinar will receive:

    • A Data Strategy Canvas Toolkit

    • A Registry Readiness Assessment tool

The QCDR Trap: How the QPP May be Keeping Your Registry from Achieving Your Members’ Goals

QCDR requirements have monopolized registry program design for several years, but MIPS reporting should be just one component of a successful data strategy for your organization. A QCDR-only approach limits your registry’s potential and constrains your ability to meet new challenges and opportunities.

Join Breakthrough Strategy’s Sam Walters and Prometheus Research Co-Founder David Voccola for this impactful webinar. We’ll show you what to do if your organization has fallen into the QCDR trap, and how to change the way you think about registries to unlock far more value for your members than MIPS reporting alone.
